FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in excitation of oscillating signals by a short-term electric pulse in LC-circuits of measurement and reference arms of a sensor and analog-digital conversion of these signals into numerical arrays of data, time inversion by reindexation of array elements, completion of Fourier transform for signals produced as a result of inversion and determination of actual Re U(f) and apparent Im U(f) transformants of signals at a frequency that is closest to frequency of the main harmonic, which makes it possible to calculate initial phases of signal oscillations for measurement and reference arms of the sensor, the difference of which is unambiguously related to variation of sensor parameters.
EFFECT: increased accuracy.
