SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to hyperthermic devices. The device comprises a flexible therapeutic applicator electrode for capacitive electric energy transfer, comprising at least one conducting metal electrode material in the form of a coating or a mesh wire with at least one layer of the coating material coats the surface of a flexible, elastic or tension carrier that is porous, or the conductive metal electrode material presents a flexible, elastic or tension porous carrier in the form of the mesh wire.
EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the systemic drug delivery on a localised target area.
