SUBSTANCE: device comprises an RF source, an amplifier, a sensor, a modulator and a modulating signal input/generator, wherein the radiofrequency source produces a source signal which is converted to a modulated source signal by the modulator using a modulation signal. The modulated source signal is amplified and directed to the target area. The sensor is adapted to detect phase information generated by target area homeostasis at time Tn+1 and compare it to the phase information detected earlier at time Tn, wherein n>0, to create the feedback signal. At that, this modulating signal is generated by the modulating signal input/generator from the feedback signal by modulating the feedback signal, and the modulating signal input/generator is designed to use the measured homeostatic signal phase information. The method is carried out by means of the device.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the personalization of treatment by taking into account the target tissue specificity.
