FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: energy delivery system, by means of which it is possible to carry out removal of tissue on far end of instrument for bronchoscopy with electromagnetic navigation. System is configured to be inserted through an instrumental channel of a controlled instrument cord in a bronchoscopy instrument with electromagnetic navigation and comprises coaxial cable with radiating end section. End section contains the first conducting element electrically connected to the internal conductor of the coaxial cable, and the second conducting element electrically isolated from the internal conductor. Conducting elements are made with possibility of their use as: active electrode and reverse electrode for delivery of radio-frequency energy into fabric, surrounding radiating end section, and antennas for radiation of microwave energy in the form of localized microwave field.

EFFECT: electrosurgical probe is proposed for delivery of radio-frequency and microwave energy.
