FIELD: fire prevention facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire-extinguishing system, specifically to the fire-extinguishing system for a railway vehicle. The fire-extinguishing system, particularly for a railway vehicle, comprising a supply pipeline for supplying at least one nozzle of fire-extinguishing with fire-extinguishing fluid, at least one section valve mounted between the fire-extinguishing nozzle and the supply pipeline. The section valve comprises means of signal processing for controlling means of adjusting the section valve, at that the means of signal processing may be electrically connected through the data transfer network with a central control unit and, in addition, the means of signal processing comprise a processor.
EFFECT: proposed fire-extinguishing system with relatively simple remote controlling of section valves and low labor costs for installation and expenses.
