FIELD: fire prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to fire extinguishing industry, in particular to aqueous solutions of foaming agents based on surface-active substances used for extinguishing with foam of low, medium and high magnification. The foaming agent comprises a mixture of surface-active substances Shtamex CFM, fluorinated Shtamex FM, hydrocarbon Shtamex CM, foam Shtamex M, antifreeze and water and for reduction of the time of extinguishing the refined products containing additives of alcohols, esters or ketones, it comprises the fluorinated Shtamex FM in ratio with the hydrocarbon Shtamex CM of 2:1. Surface tension of aqueous solution of the foaming agent is not more than 16.7 mN/m. The foaming composition provides high-speed of spreading of foam and prevents the access of greater amount of flammable vapors and gases in the combustion area, reduction of time of extinguishing.

EFFECT: invention is intended to extinguish flammable liquids by applying foam on the surface and in the layer of fuel.
