FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods of fire extinguishing foam, wherein foam formation is performed at two stages, first in base of reservoir, at direct contact in oil product, and second is after foam rising to burning surface, from foam heat flow from flame and from contact with overheated metal walls of tank. Water chemical solution containing acetic acid and aluminium sulphate, and/or iron sulphate, and/or ammonium chloride is fed into base of reservoir, into reservoir, which contains diammonium phosphate and/or sodium nitrite and sodium bicarbonate. Formation of foam in base of reservoir in direct contact with oil product makes it possible to sharply increase intensity of supply of foam on burning surface.
EFFECT: fire extinguishing system can be recharged by subsequent filling of inner reservoir with water solutions outside of tank, and may be implemented method of simultaneous supply of components in base of reservoir.
