SUBSTANCE: forming core is divided over its length in hubs and needle. Bar with first hub and forming elements bottom part secured thereto is introduced via front bottom through the case. Said bar with said components is secured inside the case to mount the remainder of forming elements thereat. Then, bar is withdrawn from the case via front bottom to secure hub with forming elements at the throat. Bar with the next hub and forming elements bottom part secured thereto is introduced via front bottom through the case and withdrawn therefrom to joint the hub together. Describe job is repeated in compliance with preset number of hubs. Last hub mounted, said case is rolled on needle secured in cantilever to joint telescopically last hub with said needle so that needle is secured at rear bottom. Solid propellant charge is formed and hardened. Forming elements are detached from hubs, hubs are jointed to the needle and withdrawn from the charge. forming elements are left in charge body. Barrel with lengthwise grooves is fitted in charge body via front bottom to turn the charge under every forming element in its horizontal position and to uncouple them over height. Thereafter, forming elements are extruded from charge body to withdraw the barrel from charge body. Another invention of proposed set relates to forming tooling including central core, detachable forming elements arranged thereat and cylindrical barrel. Collapsible barrel is composed by connectable hubs and needle coupled by moving barrel with compacted sides arranged in needle. Hubs and needle have assembly of rigid fastening over the length. Cylindrical barrel can be inserted in change channel opposite forming elements and has lengthwise grooves in size and shape complying with forming elements.
