At the same time the control means include an input data array and an optimum control program. Wherein the array of input data can be filled through an information interface and comprises a prediction Pf of power Pout, and the optimum control program is connected to the input data array by the power part condition evaluation means and the converter control input and serves to generate the Ref setting, which minimizes the W function from the energy losses expected in the prediction lead period Pf.
