FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: fuel combustion method consists in its gasification, mixing with some part of air supplied to a combustion chamber in the form of symmetric radially directed and tangentially directed jets relative to a flame axis and alternating between themselves on the level relative to liquid fuel surface, with the other part of air supplied immediately to a gasification zone in the form of a vortex jet directed towards the liquid surface in the amount of not more than a half of total air flow rate. The fuel combustion device includes a cylindrical chamber with side horizontal openings uniformly located in a circumferential direction, an air supply branch pipe, a fuel feed station installed in the lower part of the combustion chamber, and external casing forming together with the cylindrical part of the chamber an annular gap; a spinning device is located in the annular gap; ends of blades of the spinning device are bent through 90° towards walls of the combustion chamber; the annular gap surface area is compatible with the surface area of openings located in the cylindrical part of the chamber; lower part of the combustion chamber is larger as to diameter than the cylindrical part of the combustion chamber and includes a gas inlet branch pipe, the axis of which is oriented towards the central part of the bottom of the external casing.
EFFECT: providing complete fuel combustion.
