FIELD: fuel combustion devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to burners for burning fuels. Device for burning fuels comprises a cylindrical chamber with laterally horizontally and uniformly disposed circumferential windows, an air supply pipe, fuel supply assembly, an outer casing forming an annular gap with the cylindrical part of the chamber, there is a twisting device in the annular gap with blades smoothly bent for 90° towards the walls of the combustion chamber, area of the annular gap is comparable with the area of the windows located in the cylindrical part of the chamber, the lower part of the combustion chamber is larger by a factor of 1.25–1.5 than the cylindrical part of the combustion chamber and contains a gas inlet, axis of which is oriented to the central part of the bottom of the outer shell at an angle of 20–25° to its axis and 60–65° to its radius, pilot burner with a pilot tube attached to the gas inlet and a prechamber located in the lower part and in which is located a fuel supply unit with a nozzle on the walls of which there are holes of different diameters.

EFFECT: burner device works equally effectively on liquid or gaseous fuels without structural changes, reliably starts and stably operates in a wide range of fuel-air ratio.
