FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; heat-and-power industry; other industries; methods and the devices of the fluid fuel combustion.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the burners for incineration of the fuels and may be used in chemical industry, petrochemical industry, heat-and-power industry and other industries and also it may be applied in the heating installations used for the residential and other buildings heating. The substance of the method of the fluid fuel incineration is the gasification and mixing of the fuel with the air. The air streams for mixing with the fuel are fed into the combustion chamber by batches. The part of the air is fed in the form of the symmetrical to the axis of the torch the radially-directed streams uniformly arranged around the axis of the torch in several parallel horizontal planes above the surface of the fuel, according to the invention, the other part of the air is fed in the form of the symmetrical to the axis of the torch the radially-directed streams uniformly arranged around the axis of the torch in several parallel horizontal planes above the surface of the fuel. But feeding of these streams is already exercised not radially, but along the tangential line. The horizontal planes of the radially-directed streams are interleaved with the horizontal planes of the streams directed tangentially to the walls of the chamber. The main idea of the device consists that the combustion chamber design additionally has several horizontal belts of the uniformly arranged holes made the way, that they direct the air stream tangentially to the walls of the chamber. Thus, the presented method and the presented burning device allow to form the stable combustion with the qualitative mixing of the fluid fuel with the air. Besides due to the introduction in the design of the additional rows of the holes, which direct the air stream tangentially to the walls of the chamber forms the near-wall layer providing the heating of the air and refrigeration of the walls of the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the stable combustion with the qualitative mixing of the fluid fuel with the air, formation of the near-wall layer providing the heating of the air and refrigeration of the walls of the combustion chamber.
