FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: operating method of a bioethanol production unit, in which organic wastes of the production process, and mainly DGS and DDGS are burnt. After that, the obtained useful heat is again supplied to the same unit. A combustion process is performed in a fluidised-bed furnace. Such amount of heat is removed from all the volumes, in which the combustion process takes place, that temperature in all places does not exceed an ash fusion temperature of production wastes, first of all 700°C, with small-grain ash that is added to the fluidised bed and utilised. Useful heat is obtained partially from flue gases formed at combustion and partially from the heat removed from the combustion process to maintain maximum temperature.
EFFECT: invention will allow improving utilisation efficiency of organic wastes to obtain bioethanol.
