FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for registration of electric energy is based on conversion of a signal proportionate to capacity in a load, into a sequence of information pulses, realisation of detection of amplitude deviations and frequency of voltage of the supplied electric energy from requirements of GOST, indication and documentation of availability of deviations, finding the total quantity of the consumed energy, and also finding the consumed quality and non-quality electric energy with determination of the percentage ratio between them. The device for registration of electric energy comprises a converter of electric capacity into frequency of pulses, summing devices, indicators, keys, inverters, OR element, registering devices, signalling devices, a detector of deviation in voltage amplitude of the supplied electric energy from GOST requirements, a detector of deviation of voltage frequency of supplied electric energy from GOST requirements and a device to calculate percentage ratio.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities by provision of separate registration of quality, non-quality and total consumed energy with finding of percentage ratio of quality and non-quality energy and indication of this ratio.
