SUBSTANCE: method for electric energy accounting is based on transformation of signal which is proportional to load power into sequence of information pulses; detection of supplied electric energy voltage amplitude and frequency deviations from GOST requirements; indicating and documenting presence of deviations; summing up information pulses only in absence of supplied electric energy voltage amplitude and frequency deviations from GOST requirements. Device for electric energy accounting contains converter of electric power into pulse frequency, adder, indicator, switch and control unit. Control unit contains detector 6 of supplied electric energy voltage amplitude deviation from GOST requirements, the first inverter, OR gate, detector of supplied electric energy voltage frequency deviation from GOST requirements, the second inverter, the first and the second signalling devices and the first and the second recorders.
