FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to biopharmaceutics, and may be used for preparing a chimeric vaccine for preventing human papilloma virus (HPV) and an infection caused by hepatitis B in a human. For this purpose, the vaccine contains an antigenic composition consisting of chimeric fusion molecules of polypeptides or epitopes of L1 and L2 HPV capsid antigen proteins with a hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg) as disclosed in SEQ ID NO: 3 to SEQ ID NO: 13.

EFFECT: developing the chimeric vaccine enables thickening the L1 or L2 neutralisation epitopes on the surface of the virus-like HbsAg particle; the chimeric fusion construct is expressed in the form of the virus-like particle thereby providing protection against the known HPV serotype and against hepatitis B by administering the only protein.
