FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: set of elastic plates and set of separating gaskets are assembled in a welding setup, thus forming a petal pack having front and rear ends and curvature, and sides of the petal pack are welded to hook plates. After that, a section of hook plates is removed, and a radially passing plate is put on the plate pack.
EFFECT: invention improves the sealing reliability.
