SUBSTANCE: flange 25 centered relative to the unit shaft is fitted on one end of said shaft. Said flange comprises appliances for clamping of ring to be centered relative to the shaft of attachment of ring 24 to said flange. Said ring comprises structures for contact tube fastening to and centering relative to said rings and structure to attach the ring attachment shaft to said flange. In compliance with proposed method, appropriate system is made. Fir this, contact tube is attached by appropriate structure to and centered about said ring if this is not premade. Then, ring is attached to the flange by ring and flange attachment structures and centered relative to the shaft.
EFFECT: reliable clamping of contact tube, reduced wear, rare replacements.
