FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine electric power generators and can be used as power plant at both surface and underwater vessels. Propose plant comprises: diesel generator, set of storage batteries, generator built around cells, inverter, DC-to-DC converter to outputs of which connected are ship general consuming hardware and auxiliary consuming hardware of said generator built around AC and DC fuel cells, charging device, propulsion motor engaged with screw and automatic control unit. Besides, it comprises frequency inverters, three voltage transducers, rectifier, two isolation diodes, integrated make and brake contacts connected to inverter inputs, DC-to-DC converter and charging device. Charging device output is connected via break contacts with storage batteries while outputs of voltage transducers are connected with ACU inputs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and controllability.
