SUBSTANCE: mobile communication method according to the present invention comprises a step (A), which is carried out by a gateway apparatus S-GW, of releasing a first GBR bearer for a mobile station UE and transmitting a "Downlink Data Notification" message to a packet exchanger SGSN upon detecting a breakdown in a radio channel control station RNC in a state in which a second GBR bearer for a mobile station UE has been established; a step (B) in which the packet exchanger SGSN transmits a "Paging" message to the mobile station UE; and a step (C) in which, when the packet exchanger SGSN has received, from the mobile station UE, no response to the "Paging" message for a given time interval, the procedure of releasing a second GBR bearer is started.
