SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communications equipment and may be used in mobile communication systems. The method of mobile communication includes the following steps: transfer of a message "request for extended service" from a mobile station of UE, which is in inactivity mode, into a MME unit of mobility control via a base radio station eNodeB; transfer from the mobile station of UE into the base radio station eNodeB of a message "initial request", containing information of call priority; and privileged identification of resources by the base radio station eNodeB for a channel E-RAB for a mobile station of UE on the basis of call priority information contained in the received message "initial request".
EFFECT: technical result consists in increased throughput capacity of a transmission channel.
