METHOD FOR ASSESSING ADAPTATION RISK IN PRENOSOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B17/00 A61M31/00

Abstract RU 2586041 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to preventive medicine. There is determined a strain rate (SR) of regulatory mechanisms and their functional reserve (FR) by the equation of canonical discriminator function. Then, using discriminator functions equations, there are calculated values of posteriori probabilities p1-p5 and criterion scores for referring the examined patient to one of 5 functional conditions. There is determined presence of a severe pathological state if the function value is p1 > p2, p3, p4 and p5, presence of a pathological condition if the function value is p2 > p1, p3, p4 and p5, presence of premorbid state if the function value is p3 > p1, p2, p4 and p5, presence of pre-nosological state if the function value is p4 > p1, p2, p3 and p5, while if the function values are p5 > p1, p2, p3 and p4, there is diagnosed a state of a physiological standard. Then, based on the values of the calculated probabilities, there is determined, for the given patient, the disadaptation risk category from 1 to 10, at that, the higher is the risk category, the higher is the adaptation risk.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain a criterial and quantitative evaluation of presence of pre-nosological, pre-morbid and pathological conditions in practically healthy people, as well as criterial and quantitative evaluation of the associated with these unfavourable states adaptation risk.
