FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to diagnosis and preventive treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in patients with risk factors (RF) for their development. As a preventive measure a set of cardio aerobic exercises in water and carbon dioxide baths are used, only 2-3 times a week with a course of 10 procedures. At the same time, with the help of the hardware and software complex (HSC) "Physiocontrol-P", the values of the following parameters are determined before and after the course of preventive treatment: pulse-wave velocity (PWV), cm /sec, in the process of oscillometry as part of the HSC, index of activity of the regulatory systems (IARS), ru, in process of cardiointervalography (CIG) as part of the HSC, indicator of actual fat mass (aFM) and body mass index, kg, the process of bioimpedance measurement as part of the HAC. In 3 months after completion of the previous course, a repeated course of preventive treatment is carried out if, immediately after previous course completion, there is no dynamics or following dynamics of parameter values compared to their values before the preventive treatment: PWV decreased by no more than 100 cm/sec, IARS decreased by no more than 1.5 units, aFM decreased by no more than 2 kg, body weight decreased by no more than 2 kg.

EFFECT: method allows individualizing the mode and frequency of complex preventive treatment courses in patients with CVD by highlighting the criteria for preventive treatment effectiveness and determining the long-term positive effect, which in turn allows either to postpone the next course or accelerate its implementation.
