Device for treatment such as plain edging and mixing of at least two media, for example, solid biomass and fluid, for example, steam to make first medium susceptible of efficient production of power and/or weight by localised introduction of second medium. Proposed device comprises casing and rotary device composed by stacked discs with radial slits that make steam or agent feed channels.
