SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blades for razor set and method of blade forming. Method of blade forming for razor sets involves application of at least one polymer material with upper and lower surfaces on the edge of at least one blade by isostatic pressing to obtain isostatic pressing coating on the edge of at least one blade. Isostatic pressing can be performed hot or cold. Polymer material can be a fluoride or non-fluoride polymer.
EFFECT: thin, solid and even coating is formed on blade edges, reducing initial cutting force and thus improving shaving comfort.
