SUBSTANCE: method involves feather game fillet cutting, almond kernels frying and crushing, grapes blanching, parsley greens cutting and freezing, the listed components mixing with salt and black hot pepper, mayonnaise and orange juice mixing, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation. The components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: feather game fillet - 400, grapes - 240, almond kernels - 106, parsley greens - 100, pumpkin seeds extraction cake - 12, mayonnaise - 90, orange juice - 60, salt - 12, black hot pepper - 0.2, water till the target product is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
