SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, feather game fillet cutting and frying in vegetable oil, almond kernels frying and crushing, grapes blanching, parsley greens cutting and freezing, the listed components mixing with salt and black hot pepper, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with mayonnaise and orange juice, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
