SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of ensuring safety when reloading ampoules with bundles of spent fuel cells of a RBMK-1000 reactor into canisters, and is intended for use in the chamber of a set of canisters of a dry storage or at an atomic power station as an emergency tool. The clamp has a housing and cups with covers, radially mounted on said housing. The cups are fitted with spring-loaded supports whose ends, which enter the inner cavity of the clamp, are at an angle to the vertical. In the lower part, the housing of the clamp enables entrance of the housing of an ampoule with a bundle of fuel cells. The spring-loaded supports are placed in the cups with the possibility of rectilinear displacement only. A movable support bushing is placed inside the housing. The clamp is operated using a bridge-type non-copying electromechanical manipulator placed in the set of canisters of a dry storage, the clamp of which is inserted into the tail of the disclosed clamp.

EFFECT: safer extraction of the housing of an ampoule with a bundle of fuel cells from a casing or canister.
