Claimed is composition for modulation of sweet flavor, which contains multitude of solid particles, in which each particle contains sweet flavor enhancer. As sweet flavor enhancer used is 3-(4-amino-2,2-dioxide-1H-benzo[c][1,2,6]thiadiazin-5-yloxy)- 2',2'-dimethyl-N-propylpropanamide. Also claimed is method of obtaining claimed compositions.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to obtain low-calorie or diabetic products.
