ELECTRIC NOISE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01R31/02

Abstract RU 2511607 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: application: invention relates to high-voltage engineering, in particular, to diagnostics of high-voltage equipment against parameters of electric noise in result of partial discharges. The invention concept is as follows: electromagnetic field of partial discharges in insulation is sensed by inductive and capacitive sensors; output signals of sensors are filtered, amplified and multiplied and according to the production sigh signals are generated - the first signal is proportional to the current average value of apparent charge by partial discharges, while the second signal is proportional to the current average value of current pulse amplitudes in result of partial discharges. By means of the first signal there corrected is the speed of changing the intensity of electric field in insulation, thus providing frequency stabilisation of the current average value of apparent charge by partial discharges. By means of the second signal dependency is defined of current pulse amplitudes resultant from partial discharges on voltage at high-frequency input of the controlled equipment.

EFFECT: reducing measurement error, increasing selectivity and informativity of partial discharges.
