FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hose with a system of fault detection. The substance of the invention: a fault detection system of a hose comprises a hose, which includes an inner tube; the first conducting layer with characteristic of electric conductivity, in which the first conducting layer coats an inner tube; the second conducting layer with characteristic of electric conductivity, in which the second conducting layer surrounds the first conducting layer; an outer shell surrounding the second conducting layer; a nipple with multiple teeth, engaged with the inner tube for fixation of the nipple to the hose without complete piercing of the inner tube, due to which multiple teeth of the nipple do not touch with the first conducting layer; couplings with multiple teeth engaged with the outer shell for fixation of the coupling to the hose without complete piercing of the outer shell, due to which multiple teeth of the coupling do not touch the second conducting layer and a device of fault detection, comprising an electric connection with one of the elements: the first conducting layer or the second conducting layer and configured for detection of electric change on the basis of electric conductivity characteristic with the purpose to detect an unavoidable potential damage of the hose.

EFFECT: provision of higher operational reliability of hose design due to detection of electric change on the basis of electric characteristic in order to issue a warning about an unavoidable potential damage.
