FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of quakeproof structures. The complex system of seismic protection of a building or a structure includes an earthquake building of closed type on a spatial foundation platform with a sliding layer in the base, having upper and lower boards, fixed by ribs. The system additionally comprises an automatically controlled safety system with a seismic protection device, which increases earthquake resistance of the building and provides for its seismic protection in an emergency. The automatically controlled safety system comprises a wire or a wireless quick-acting connection between a seismic station of surveillance, which is at a distance from the building, and a control module placed in the building, which perceives an emergency signal from a seismic station and sends it to actuators placed in cavities of the foundation platform. At the same time the actuators are made in the form of discharge cylinders with lubricating fluid and are equipped with stop elements interacting with the control module and actuating by a control decision after receipt of the emergency signal from a seismic station by injection of a dosed portion of lubricant into a sliding layer under the foundation platform of the building, the lower board of which is equipped with holes or grids, and the sliding layer, which is a shock absorber of seismic action, is formed of several layers of polymer film, the upper ones of which are made as perforated with holes that let through the lubricating fluid between upper layers of the film, and the lower layers are impermeable.
EFFECT: provision of efficient control of seismic protection of a building or a structure and increased seismic resistance of a facility in an emergency.
