FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction in seismic zones on perpetually frozen, weak, subsiding soils and in seismic zones for various structures. Spatial foundation platform on sliding layer comprises reinforced concrete elements, which are monolithically fixed to each other, and between monolithic spatial foundation platform and base there is a sliding layer from materials with low friction coefficient. Additionally equipped with braking device of return type installed with the possibility to limit displacement of spatial foundation platform and its return into operational position. Spatial foundation platform is arranged with lower facet truncated along perimetre, and braking device of return type is made in the form of stop equipped with braking platform and installed on base around spatial foundation platform along perimetre with indent of its internal facet from lower edge of spatial foundation platform truncated facet, creating gap Δ. Braking platform is created with upper facet, which is truncated at the angle to horizon α=5°-10°and is installed parallel to lower truncated facet of spatial foundation platform. Braking device of return type in the form of stop is connected to base by means of deepening or anchoring with the help of pile and closed on top along perimetre with protective slabs, which cover gaps in base. Value of gap Δ and value of angle α may be selected depending on design force of earthquakes. Braking platform of return braking device is equipped with antifriction lubricant.
EFFECT: increased seismic stability of spatial foundation platform on sliding layer.
