SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for making hot beverages. The brewing unit comprising in combination: a support, a sliding element having at least one slot for a bag for one portion, slidable relative to the said support and made with the ability to move between the position of loading the bag for one portion and the brewing position, a dispensing element for dispensing water under pressure to the said bag for one portion. The unit additionally comprises a lever to control movement of the said sliding element and the mechanical connection between the lever and the sliding element, and between the lever and the dispensing element. The locking element locks a bag for one portion in the brewing position after supplying water. The slot partially limited by a pair of elements which are capable of being turned relative to the sliding element, is preferably replaceable for accommodating the capsules of different shapes and sizes.
EFFECT: improving the design of devices previously known in the level of technique.
