SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a brewing unit, which contains a brewing chamber, load-bearing structure supporting first and second sections of brewing chamber, and a boiler for water heating. Support structure has a first part, which is attached to a first section of brewing chamber, and a second part, which is attached to second section of brewing chamber. First and second parts of supporting structure can be connected to each other and disconnected. First and second sections of brewing chamber are movable relative to each other to occupy open position and closed position when first and second parts of supporting structure are connected. Boiler is rigidly connected with one part of support structure and with one of sections of brewing chamber. Thus, arrangement of boiler in most convenient position, that is in thermal contact with brewing unit, which reduces power consumption and size of beverage preparation machine.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and size of beverage preparation machine.
