SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, potatoes and apples cutting and blanching, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, green beans, lettuce and parsley green cutting and freezing, chicken, ham and brined cucumbers cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. Then one performs the listed components mixing with salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
