FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autoclave moulding of composite composed by fibre substrate and thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin at placing said composite in vacuum bag and, then, in moulding chamber to heat it and to hold at pressure. Note here that this process includes the step whereat saturated steam of preset temperature and pressure required for this composite is fed into moulding chamber as a source of heat and pressure. It includes the step whereat air, nitrogen or mix thereof of preset pressure higher than that of saturated steam in fed in said moulding chamber as an extra combined source of pressure required for moulding. Besides it includes the step whereat composite is solidified by controlled feed of saturated steam and air, nitrogen of mix thereof of preset pressure to control pressure and temperature required for said composite.
EFFECT: suppression of bubbles.
