FIELD: construction and running of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: each building or structure has inherent individual complex of parameters of dynamic vibration as consequence of properties of bedrock and foundation of object, type and quality of connection of individual units, parts and members of object which changes are presented by corresponding changes of parameters of dynamic characteristics of vibrations of object as whole, of its individual units, parts and members. Vibrations are measured with use of three- component vibration transducers having frequency range 0.5-100.0 Hz which record values of vibrations by three coordinates X, Y and Z at same time. Vibrations are measured under action of microseismic background of natural and man-made origin under which conditions examined object stays constantly, frequencies and forms of inherent vibration of object as whole, its units and individual members of structure, spectra of values of displacement, speeds and accelerations of points of object with coordinates X, Y, Z, decrements of damping ( absorption ), transfer functions of ground-foundation of object are determined. On basis of these diagnostical indications there are established changes of properties of bedrock and defects in structure of object emerging in process of running as well as physical condition of object, evaluation of safety of its further running, possibility of repair, reconstruction or necessity of tear-down of examined building or structure.
