SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat bedsores at the apex of kyphotic spinal deformity in patients with spinal dysraphia syndrome, includes the use of an external fixation device, which reduces the pressure of the spinal fragments on the underlying soft tissues in the area skin defect. An external fixation apparatus is installed, fixing elements are inserted into the bone outside the bedsore zone above and below with an indent from the wound surface of the bedsore, Shants screws are inserted transpedicularly into the vertebrae lying above the bedsore, Shants screws are closed transpedicularly into the wings of the pelvis. The screws are connected by rods with connectors. On the operating table, a partial correction of the kyphotic deformity of the spine and stabilization of the position are performed. A distraction maneuver is performed, distraction between the vertebrae and the pelvis is performed along the rods of the external fixation apparatus, and the kyphotic deformity of the spine is reduced. Then the vertebrae and pelvis are fixed in the achieved position, fixing the position of the rods, in the postoperative period, dosed elimination of residual kyphotic deformity of the spine is carried out by distraction along the rods of the external fixation apparatus at a rate of 5 mm per day. After healing of the bedsore, the external fixation apparatus is dismantled, and transpedicular fixation of the corrected spine is performed.
EFFECT: method provides healing by reducing the pressure of the spine fragments on the underlying soft tissues in the area of the skin defect.
