FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes application of a tool comprising a pressing part made in the form of a disc mounted rotatable on the shank and adjacent to the teeth of the cutting part, on outer surface of which indenters are located for application of chip-separating grooves and a groove for fin placement, calibrating part adjoins hollow groove-free part with a thread similar to the thread of the cutting part on the outer surface, and with the attachment element of suction device, holes of diameter less than width of teeth of cutting part are made in disk opposite the chip grooves, and the diameter of the groove-free part opening exceeds the calibrating part core diameter and opens its chip grooves. At that, chip-separating grooves are pressed in the blank opening; after cutting-in of groove-free part, pulling force is removed and self-tightening treatment is carried out, the fin cut with the cutting part and chips is sucked through the opening of the groove-free part under the action of air-cooling mixture passing through the disc openings, and the rotation of the tool is periodically stopped and openings in disc are aligned with the chip grooves for blowing.
EFFECT: expansion of technical capabilities at cutting coarse thread in deep openings.
