FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics. Device contains cuff, attached to place of measurement, and main case, installed of surface of fastening. Cuff contains tubular part of cuff main case, which contains cavity with holes, and grip part, provided on external peripheral surface of part of cuff main case. Tubular part has: chamber with flowing medium; single element of circular shape, wrapped around external side of chamber with flowing medium; and mechanism of tension length regulation. Grip part has base part, attached to tubular part of cuff main case. Main case contains: mechanism of extension/compression for extension and compression of chamber with flowing medium. Mechanism of tension length regulation has: tensioning drum, capable of wrapping and unwrapping single element of circular shape; electric engine for start and rotation of tensioning drum in forward direction and in opposite direction; and brake for application of braking force to tensioning drum during stop of electric engine. Mechanism of tension length regulation is placed into base part.
