FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a filtering device and versions of a paint booth using this filtering device. The filtering device contains a case of the device, a filter placed in the device case, an inlet port in the case to receive the target gas containing the trapped viscous substance, a primer nozzle and an accumulation well. The nozzle is set in the inlet port in order to output the powdered primer for the filter together with the gas carrier in the direction to the target gas which flows to the case of the device from the inlet port. The inlet port is a slot or rectangular opening, which is prolonged in the direction of the width and made at the lateral side of the device case. The accumulation well is made at the upper edge area of the inlet port, it is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the inlet port. The accumulation port has the profile opening downwards when observed from the longitudinal direction of the inlet port. The primer nozzle is placed in the position of the inlet port in its longitudinal direction to output the primer and gas carrier in the direction towards the inner deep surface of the accumulation well. The paint booth using the filtering devices consists of an exhaust chamber under the paint-spraying booth for painting the specified object. The exhaust chamber is capable of receipt of exhaust air containing paint mist outputted downwards from the paint-spraying booth. A variety of filtering devices is mounted in the longitudinal direction of the booth, at that the inlet ports of each filtering device are placed in the line in the longitudinal direction of the booth and opened in the direction of the exhaust chamber. According to the other version, in the paint booth using the filtering device this filtering device is placed adjacent to the paint-spraying chamber for spraying the specified object and the inlet port of the filtering device is shaped in the lateral side of the paint-spraying chamber in its lowest area.
EFFECT: increasing trapping efficiency of paint mist contained in the air, improving efficiency of the primer distribution in the direction of the inlet and mixing efficiency for the primer and gas carrier.
