FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: complex for ultrasonic control of products includes a scanning X-shaped system of electromagnetic-acoustic antenna arrays, comprising four linear receiving-emitting antenna arrays arranged in plan so that centres of elements of antenna arrays lie on two crossing straight lines, besides, each antenna array is located at one side from the point of their crossing and is equipped with an appropriate block of pulse magnetisation connected by its inlet with one of four outlets of the synchroniser, the fifth outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the generator of excitation pulses, each of four outlets of which is connected to the inlet of the appropriate antenna array, the outlets of the antenna arrays are connected to the inlets of the multi-channel receiving tract, an optical measurement device, with the outlet connected to the first inlet of the calculating block, which also has a connection via the appropriate buses of exchange of data with the synchroniser, the multi-channel receiving tract and the block of display of the control results, at least all antenna arrays, blocks of pulse magnetisation and the optical measurement device are installed on a mobile platform, equipped with a track sensor and a block of platform motion control, at the same time the outlet of the track sensor is connected to the second inlet of the calculating block, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the platform motion control block.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a nondestructive check system with simultaneous improvement of its flaw detection and operating characteristics.
