FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shoes. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. This upper workpiece is placed on boot-tree to be placed in working chamber. Said workpiece with boot-tree is sealed by airtight film to evacuate the boot-tree inner chamber to 0.01-0.02 MPa for preliminary shape stabilisation. Note here that upper workpiece vulcanising-on is performed by air feed from above onto airtight film. Upper workpiece is formed by lifting of boot-tree fitted at pneumatic cylinder rod.
EFFECT: higher quality of forming.
