SUBSTANCE: method of pressure moulding of blanks of upper parts of shoes, comprising the following steps: putting a blank on a hollow perforated block; sealing the interior hollow of the block by placing on the surface of a blank of an airtight film, creating a vacuum under the block; moistening of the blank from inside; moulding (extraction); stabilisation of the shape of the blank by means of its cyclic drying from inside and creation of pressure on the surface of the blank with an airtight film of atmospheric pressure higher by 2.5-3 times. Pressure is applied to the blank cyclically in parallel with cyclic drying from inside, i.e. repeatedly loading and unloading the part, and evacuation is carried out while exposure of the blank before each cycle.

EFFECT: method of pressure moulding of blanks of upper parts of shoes improves processing quality of upper parts of shoes and enables to combine operations of moistening, moulding, drying, carrying them out in parallel-sequential manner in one working chamber.
