FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication systems and specifically to a mobile tag of a local system for displaying cargo identification data. The system includes communication means; a communication network connected through communication; and a mobile tag connected to a controlled element. The mobile tag has a processor, having memory and used to control operation of the mobile tag; a radio communication unit connected to the processor, which provides at least one of the communication networks with wide coverage and local access to communication through a wireless device; a power supply unit connected to the processor to power the mobile tag; a location tracking element connected to the processor to locate the mobile tag and provide a location signal for the processor. Information on the element associated with the tag is stored in memory and local access to communication is provided in response to an instruction received by the mobile tag.

EFFECT: enabling mobile tag tracking to facilitate monitoring of safety conditions during movement of an object.
