FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. The system includes a communication station, a communication network connected to the communication station and a tracker which is connected to the monitored object. The tracker has a processor, having memory and designed to control operation of the tracker; a radio communication means connected to the processor for communication with the communication station through the communication network, for transmitting object status messages; a power supply connected to the processor; a sequence generator which protects the transmitted data, connected to the processor, for generating binary sequences; a location monitoring means connected to the processor, for transmitting location messages and a clock connected to the processor. The tracker is connected to the communication station using random time instances when status messages are transmitted.
EFFECT: high reliability of the tracker monitoring system by facilitating status message transmission at random time instances.
