Method includes the following steps: receiving an input incident signal; identifying whether said incident is an incident with assigned responsibility; triggering an incident response, recording incident data and providing an incident report; activation of incident response protocols; identification of each relevant party affected by the incident with the assigned responsibility; generation and transmission of incident notification to appropriate parties with incident report; creation and presentation to a user interface (UI) of an incident response module on a special sequence of steps taken to perform a process of collecting information and responding to an incident.
EFFECT: creation of protocols of response to an incident related to cargo transportation.
