FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-metrical ultrasound processing in fluids and can be used for deburring of small-size parts made of light alloys and polymers with low tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. Parts are dipped in processing fluid including a definite concentration of abrasive solids. Ultrasound vibrations are excited in processing fluid. Abrasive solids represent ice crystals to be continuously fed into processing fluid during processing. Crystal size is set to 0.08-0.18 mm.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of deburring.
