FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining of parts in abrasive media and can be used for deburring when making parts of machines and instruments. Machined part is fixed in the spindle of the machine tool and the spindle together with the part is imparted with back-and-forth ultrasonic oscillations with frequency of 10-30 mHz for 0.2-3.0 min. A dry abrasive working medium is used, which consists of a mixture of corundum with Al2O3 content of 90-97% and spherical steel shot with size of 3 mm, mixed with crushed. Ratio of corundum to said fraction is selected at ratio of 2:1.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of deburring of machined part surfaces.
